2024 AGM

Annual General Meeting – 1 November 2024

 

The Thirty First Annual General Meeting of Summerfruit New Zealand Incorporated will be held via Zoom on Friday 1 November 2024. Alternatively, if preferred, members can register to attend in person at Generator, 34 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington. 

The AGM will start at 1pm and conclude by 2:30pm. More information on how the meeting will proceed on the day will be provided on registration.

 

Agenda and resolutions

A letter notifying the meeting, including the agenda and resolutions, was emailed to Members of Summerfruit NZ on 18 October 2024.

We are proposing minor changes to the constitution to meet the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. The draft constitution can be found here, and the version with tracked changes can be found here.

Registering to attend the AGM

If you wish to attend in person, please confirm your attendance by returning the RSVP form by 1pm Thursday 31 November 2024 to admin@summerfruitnz.co.nz

 

Unable to attend the AGM

If you are unable to attend the meeting and wish to appoint a proxy, please return the Proxy form by 1pm, Wednesday 30 October 2024 to admin@summerfruitnz.co.nz 

 

Voting during the AGM

We will be using the Vevox voting app.  This simple, web browser-based app will enable voting for those attending the meeting online (Zoom) and those attending the meeting in person. You do not need to download any software to use the app you just need an internet connection.  We recommend you use your computer or tablet for the Zoom meeting and access the voting app from your mobile phone.  When you return your RSVP form, we will send you more information on the Vevox app and some guidelines on how it will work on the day.
