Portal users need to be aware of some changes to our portal this weekend as provider Montage Online is now Solar Workplace.
What this means
- The Montage Online logo in the portal will change.
- The URL of our site will change:
from – https://summerfruitnz.montageonline.co.nz
to – https://summerfruitnz.solarworkplace.co.nz
Changes you will see on the portal
You will notice that Montage Online has been replaced with Brighter Days and Solar Workplace, and that new logos reflect this change. Otherwise, the look and feel of the site will remain unchanged and continue to display the same as before.
Saved links
Please note that you will need to update any saved links to the new portal address above including:
- Desktop links/shortcuts.
- Mobile device links/shortcuts.
- Favourites saved in browsers.
How to add the website to mobile device home screen
iPad or iPhone
- Launch 'Safari' app. This does not work from the 'Chrome' app.
- Enter https://portal.solarworkplace.co.nz into the address field. Tap 'Go'.
- Tap the icon featuring a right-pointing arrow coming out of a box along the top of the Safari window to open a drop-down menu.
- Tap 'Add to Home Screen'. The Add to Home dialog box will appear, with the icon that will be used for this website on the left side of the dialog box.
- Enter the name for the shortcut using the on-screen keyboard and tap 'Add'. Safari will close automatically, and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your device’s desktop.
Android
- Launch the 'Chrome' app.
- Enter https://portal.solarworkplace.co.nz into the address field. Hit enter on your keyboard.
- Tap the menu icon ⋮ (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap 'Add to home screen'.
- You will be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
How to update desktop browser bookmarks
Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More ⋮ and then Bookmarks.
- Find your existing bookmark, right-click and ‘Edit’.
- Change the URL to https://portal.solarworkplace.co.nz and hit ‘Save’.
Microsoft Edge
- On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.
- At the top right, click menu ⋯ and then Favourites ☆.
- Find your existing bookmark, right-click and ‘Edit’.
- Change the URL to https://portal.solarworkplace.co.nz and hit ‘Save’.
