Summerfruit NZ has created a short survey to understand more about seasonal workers’ experiences in the summerfruit industry this year. The survey will help us learn what seasonal workers enjoyed about their time working in the industry, what they think could be improved on, and if they'd consider coming back to work next season.
The results of this survey will help Summerfruit NZ support employers to attract, recruit and retain seasonal workers next season.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could pass on the link below to all seasonal employees. Responses are needed by Friday 15 April. Please also include those that only took up the job for a short time - we want to reach out to everyone.
It’s important to note that the employees’ place of work will not be identified. All survey information will be treated in strict confidence and in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
