2023 Webinar Series: Supporting Growers to enhance your HR practices
During October 2023, as part of the seasonal Handpicked Crew campaign, Genevieve Griffin-George of PICMI led a series of webinars to support growers to enhance their HR practices, and to help protect and lift the reputation of the horticulture industry as a great place to work.

Seasonal workers in the summerfruit and apple industries in Central Otago are part of the Handpicked Crew and as a result, are eligible to receive a rewards card.
The cards have been distributed to most employers. If you haven’t received yours yet, please let us know.
The cards offer workers deals from many local businesses. Click here for more details. Once workers have their cards, they can activate them by scanning the QR code on the card.
