The Thirtieth Annual General Meeting of Summerfruit New Zealand Incorporated will be held via Zoom on Friday 3 November 2023.
Due to a change in Summerfruit NZ’s financial year balance date, this is the second AGM to be held in 2023. If you have previously declared and have not had any changes to your planted hectares, your current voting allocations will be carried through to the November AGM.
If you wish to change your voting allocation OR if you are a new member and have never declared before you will need to complete the relevant form(s) and return it by 5pm, Friday 8 September 2023. We will email forms to all eligible growers shortly.
The need for a planted hectares declaration is as per clause 7.11 of the Summefruit NZ constitution states "In each year each Producer Member shall provide to the Board in writing such information relating to the area of land used in the production of Summerfruit by the Member as the Board shall require for the purposes of establishing the Member’s voting entitlement".
