The Central Otago competition will be held on Friday 10 June at the Otago Polytechnic Campus, 25 Bannockburn Road, Cromwell. All are welcome to come along and watch the activities, which will take place between 10.30am and 4pm.
The eight contestants in the 2022 Central Otago Young Grower competition are: Jacob Coombridge (Webb’s Fruit), Jesse Donald (Central Organics), Gregoire Durand (Cherri Global), Ryan Forsyth (Central Cherries Ltd.), Christie Kirk (Hortinvest), Emma Lennon (NZ Gourmet), Maaka Roberts (Hortinvest) and Cam Smith (Central Organics).
The awards dinner is at The Moorings, 12-23 Perriam Place, Cromwell and doors open at 6pm.
