Last season Summerfruit NZ and A-Lighter-Touch completed work on a PHI recommendation for a new to Summerfruit insecticide called Movento. This product has been used successfully in the pip and grape industries for a number of years and has an Australian label claim for stone fruit.
Movento is in a different chemical group to the commonly used products and will provide some assurance of continued control as the existing chemistry is withdrawn from use.
Note that this is an allowed off-label use.
