A team of interdisciplinary experts is embarking on the goal to combat bacterial pathogens threatening the country's primary industries.
The programme, “Adaptable phage solutions: an Aotearoa-New Zealand platform for precision biocontrol for primary industries”, has a five-year timeframe, and a nearly $9m MBIE Endeavour Fund grant.
The programme is co-led by researchers at the University of Canterbury and University of Otago.
