There are hundreds of seasonal roles advertised on the PickNZ site and for a variety of crops. To ensure that summerfruit vacancies remain at the top of the listings, employers should try these tips:
- Refresh your listing at least every two weeks
- Ensure all your jobs are listed as Need Staff Now
- Split out the picking from the packhouse and support roles as feedback from growers suggests those looking for packhouse and support roles are not reading the roles that lead with “picking”.
