NZAPI, with support from the Ministry for Primary Industries, have arranged a series of workshops in conjunction with Mentemia, a wellbeing platform providing education and tools to help people thrive.
All Black legend and mental health advocate Sir John Kirwan shares his powerful story of reaching the very top of his sport, his mental health journey, and how you can help yourself and those around you by prioritising your wellbeing.
